Alpha Omega Construction has been recognized by clients and industry peers as being a leader in quality craftsmanship with particular emphasis on excellent finishes. Our custom cabinet and millwork shop and dedicated employees all contribute to the 16 years of growth from Marco Island to Sanibel Island.

Alpha Omega Construction of Naples was recognized by CBIA, the local building industry trade association, with a Sand Dollar Award in 2001, 2006 and 2009 for excellence in quality design, woodworking and outstanding product finishes. Our business has grown by word of mouth referrals from satisfied customers. Nearly half of our projects are completed with absentee owners. Just as importantly, we understand that when we undertake a project with the owner in a residence, our presence may be invasive and disruptive.

We pride ourselves in minimizing the inconvenience throughout the project timeline. From beginning to end, it is the little things, attentiveness to detail that separates Alpha Omega Construction of Naples from our competition.

Michael J. Wagner Sr. - President Michael J. Wagner Sr. is a Florida State Certified Building Contractor actively involved in the construction industry in Southwest Florida since 1980. Mike Sr. began his career with Rutenberg Custom Homes in 1981, one of the oldest and most recognized custom home builders in Naples and Southwest Florida. In 1994 he formed Alpha Omega Construction of Naples with the goal of achieving total client satisfaction through quality design, workmanship and outstanding value.

Michael J. Wagner Jr. - Vice President Michael J. Wagner Jr. was born and raised in Naples, FL. Mike Jr. graduated from Lely High School and then went on to graduate from the University of Florida, M.E Rinker School of Building Construction with a Bachelors of Science. After college Mike Jr returned to Naples, FL and began working with his father at Alpha Omega Construction of Naples. Mike also continued his education while working full time in various leadership roles with the company. Mike is certified as a Residential Energy Rater, Certified Public/Private Building Energy Rater and a LEED for Homes Agent.
