Our estate management division was started to give our current and future clients the ability to live a worry free life while away from their home in Naples, FL. We customize our services to fit their needs because they deserve to enjoy their vacation home and not stress over its condition. We offer our standard service, a weekly or bi- monthly thorough inspection which ncludes checking all lights, windows, doors/locks, faucets, toilets, showers, Thermostat/Humistat, Yard Condition, Chimney, and Patio Areas. For extended vacancy periods, we offer a closing service. Closing Service allows you to just walk out and leave the worry of your home to AO Real Estate Services. In addition to the standard items you would normally consider such as lights and doors locked, we will:

• remove all perishables
• test all appliances for proper operation and unplug those that are needed
• Initiate the sequence of blinds and lights that will be used throughout the period you are gone to ensure that the house looks ‘lived in’.
• notify newspaper carrier of your absence to stop newspaper deliveries
• notify the post office of your forwarding address and expected day of return (if known & desired)
• set thermostats to recommended temps or prearranged client temps
• empty all waste containers
• place garbage cans out for collection
• PLUS many other items too numerous to list

Many of our clients allow friends and family to you use there vacation home and like to have a light or detailed cleaning performed after their guest's departure. We have clients that keep water crafts at their vacation home and need them ran periodically, we accommodate this need too. We understand that each individual client may have a specific unique need for their property and we are prepared and dedicated to meeting that need to allow your vacation home to be your paradise!
