Our Three Phase Process:
- Pre Construction Managment: Our Pre Construction Management (PCM) phase is the most comprehensive phase as it is used to effectively plan the entire project from start to finish. Our PCM phase involves design, permitting, shop drawing and submittal processing, bid procurement, subcontract administration, safety planning and scheduling. During this process we have several pre-construction meetings and communicate openly and collectively with all parties.
- Construction Execution: During the Construction Execution (CE) phase, execution is the key and in order to do so, we constantly update schedules, as built drawings, accounting and safety plans as required by each phase of the project. We effectively staff our projects with the proper management and labor to ensure that project schedules are met or exceeded without sacrificing quality, safety or communication. Our regular construction meetings between necessary parties ensure that communication is often and effective.
- Post Construction Managment: The Post Construction (PC) phase is when we are truly measured. Alpha Omega Construction carefully executes punch lists and promptly addresses warranty calls. Alpha Omega Construction takes pride in its completed work and looks forward to building long lasting relationships with our commercial clients.
